Update with Ebert Composites Corporation
May 2009
Ebert Composites has been extremely busy with a variety of projects over the past year. Ebert R&D efforts have been focused on various renewable energy projects, continued development of new specialized machinery for thermoplastic pultrusion, and on going radome and radar tower research.
To the left is a picture of an all composite radar tower built for the Air Force, installed at Ebert's research facility. The structural members require no fasteners utilizing Ebert's patented snap-lock technology, and the platform is constructed using light weight Transonite sandwich panels. The entire structure will soon undergo rigorous testing. |
